This brew is our new Head Brewer’s take on one of our original Pale Ales. Inspired by one of the defining beers of American Craft Beer, this brew is filled with flavors of grapefruit, citrus, and pine and was brewed with 100% cascade.Pale Ale

Who Gnomes
Our gnome series is continuing with this New England IPA! This IPA has a mild bitterness with a soft and fluffy mouthfeel and notes of mango, guava, and citrus.

Our newest lager is a very special one we are so excited to share with you! This crisp and refreshing lager was brewed with Georgia grown hops. Some from our very own Norcross Discovery Garden, and others from our Head Brewer’s (Britt) good friend, Reese. (All hand picked by Britt!)
This brew celebrates everything Cultivation strives to be. Filled with community and local ingredients, this lager is perfect to enjoy in our space while gathering with others.
Lager
ABV: 4.6%
This IPA was brewed with Pilsner malt, malted oats, and terrified wheat. With Mosaic and Nectaron hops, this brew is a full bodied pillowy pale ale with a creamy mouthfeel and notes of citrus, apricot, and mild berry.Hazy Session IPA
ABV: 5.5%
Trickboarding
This brew is a modern play on an IPA with a clean fermenting lager yeast and a large whirlpool addition of Hallertau Blanc, CTZ, and a large dry hop of Mosaic CTZ and Waimea. With 100% percent Pilsner Malt, this beer has notes of dank citrus, pine and a subtle amount of berry.IPA~Blend of New & Old World Hops

Picea Pungens
Picea Pungens is a bold and refreshing tribute to the majesty of pine forests.
Brewed with hand-harvested spruce tips from our very own Fat Albert Colorado Blue Spruce Tree, this beer delivers an invigorating blend of fresh pine and bright citrus notes. Its’ unique flavor profile is inspired by our Head Brewer, Britt’s fond memories of his home state of Michigan and his admiration for one of his favorite beers from Short’s Brewing.Spruce Pilsner

This Kettle Sour was brewed with fresh muscadines that were hand picked from Adam’s Vineyard. This brew is the perfect combination of sweet and tart, filled with the fruity flavors of muscadines.

Over Yonder
This Grisette was a collaboration between Frameshift Fermentation and Cultivation Brewing Co.
This brew contains hand-picked wild blackberries and paw paws from Accent Cellars property to propagate a wild yeast strain, that was co-pitched with our house saison strain. It aged for 13 months in an Accent Cellars white wine barrel, resulting in a bright and lightly tart wild ale with complex yeast character from North Georgia terroir. With fresh blackberry and lemon, this “funky” brew is a refreshing treat.
